If you are currently using Rain City’s online payment service, your user ID and password credentials will automatically transfer for immediate use. Click ENROLL IN ONLINE PAYMENTS to set up a new account.

If your loan is escrowed and you receive a tax or insurance bill, please email a copy of the bill to escrow@tandemservicing.com.

The mortgagee clause is a section of your insurance policy that lists your lender (or its designated entity) as the mortgagee. This ensures the lender is properly notified of any changes, cancellations, or claims on your policy and confirms that coverage protects both you and the lender’s interest in the property. In simple terms: it tells your insurance company who holds the loan and makes sure everyone is protected if something unexpected happens.

To help protect your investment and keep your project moving, your lender requires active insurance coverage on all financed properties. If you recently received a letter stating that we do not have a record of insurance for your property, please visit www.validatemyinsurance.com to provide your current insurance information.

When you receive your insurance check, please endorse it and mail it to:

How funds are released:
Claims of $15,000 or less: Once received, the check is endorsed and sent right back to you so you can move forward with repairs.
Claims over $15,000: Funds are released in stages to support progress on the work and inspections may be required for additional disbursements.
